Hotel Terms and Conditions

Conditions Apply*

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY:

Hotel's check in time is 14:00 hours (2:00 PM) and check out time is 11:00 hours (11:00 AM).

Any early check in and late check-out requests will be considered subject to room availability incur an additional charges. GST will be charged extra as applicable on rack rate.

Complimentary coffee/tea or breakfast in lieu of an early check-in is not included with the tariff/package. Charge will be levied extra as applicable.

Early Departure: No refund allowed for early departure while guest cut short their stay from the hotel prior to the reserved date of departure end date/day.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Guaranteed booking will be confirmed only against full advance payment before guest Check-In.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel/release non-guaranteed reservations a day prior to the arrival date and any amount paid for tentative booking shall be forfeited.

Regarding proof of advance deposited, It is recommended to provide us the payment advance deposit/remittance slip to avoid last moment confusion. If detailed information is not provided by booker then the amount will be lost as unidentified and Hotel will not be responsible for the deposit.

Against advance deposit, money will not be transferred to any other account for any kind of service through cash/DD/cheque/online etc. (Even if guest request it). It can only be transferred/refunded in same account for valid cancellations.

Rates are valid for bookings made directly with the hotel and not through any other Travel Agent/s, Web-site, etc.

Rates exclude all currently applicable GST; any other taxes imposed by the Government from time to time in the future shall be levied extra.

The rates are not valid for Conferences, delegations, incentive tours etc. for which the rates will be negotiated on a case to case basis.Disclosing of the Special Preferred rates on any website is strictly prohibited.

On the below mentioned blackout dates only Best Available Rate (BAR) of the day would be applicable: Christmas Eve, New Year, Sri Krishna Janmashtami and Holi festival. Any other date would be conveyed 3 months in advance.

Meal supplement on Christmas Eve and New Year will be mandatory for all theguests staying during that period. The same will be forwarded to you in advance.

Airport/Railway Station Transfer

We would be pleased to arrange for airport/railway station transfer on chargeable plus taxes applicable extra per way in luxury Car. Should you wish to avail of the facility, please send a written confirmation with flight/train details and arrival time at booking@jphotelpilibhit.com

Bareilly railway station booking can be considered in case guests travel by train.

CHILD POLICY:

Up to 5 years of age free on applicable plan sharing parent's room without an extra bed.

6 to 10 years of age will be charged half of the applicable rate/s without an extra bed.

Above 10 years of age will be charged the full applicable rate with an extra bed.

GUEST REGISTRATION POLICY:

As per the Govt. of India directive all guests are requested to produce a valid Government approved Photo Identity Card at the time of Check-in at hotel.

For Indian Nationals acceptable ID proof(s): ADHAR, Driving License, Government ID,Voter ID and Passport. PAN card is not accepted as a proof of address and proof of Identity.

For Foreign Nationals acceptable ID proof(s): valid Passport and valid Visa upon arrival.

Accommodation can deny if guest(s) posing as single lady, local ID’s individual/couple and may suspect as unmarried couple.

For the safety and comfort of our younger guests, individuals below 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All guaranteed room reservations cancellations must be made in accordance with our hotel cancellation term between:

If cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date/s no retention will be levied.

If cancelled 15 days prior to the arrival date/s one night's (first night) retention is levied.

If cancelled 72 Hours prior to the arrival date/s all the nights or entire stay will be charged/levied.

Amount will be refunded as per above parameters and will be refunded through cheque/online and will not be refunded in cash.

NO-SHOW POLICY:

Reservations are held till 23:59 hours on the day of Arrival. Unless guaranteed by letter of undertaking with prior credit approval, one night room charge penalty is levied for No-Show. Hotel reserve the rights to release/cancel all No-Show.

HOUSE RULES:

J P Hotel And Wedding Square rights of admission are reserved.

Firearms and ammunition are strictly prohibited in hotel premises.

Outside eatables and beverages, consumption of alcohol, tobacco and hookah or any type of intoxicated drugs is strictly prohibited within the premises.

Guests are solely responsible for their belongings and are requested to lock the allotted assigned occupied room doors for self-privacy and safety concern.

Parking is at the owner's risk and management is not responsible for any sorts of loss or damage to property/belongings.

Any loss/damage/theft/misbehaving leading to breaking the law of the state will be redeemed from you.

Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises.

Maximum number of 3 guests person permitted in one room and can accommodate with additional extra bedding on chargeable basis based on our extra person's policy.

Guest's meal supplements and timing as per our chef's choice menu from the house.

Special service request like candlelight dinner, bonfires may be considered on guest's special requests in advance based on service feasibility and on a chargeable basis.

Packages are subject to change as per MHA (Ministry of Home Affairs) guidelines

Hotel has numerous water features, request to be self-care vigilant while walking through public area. We would not be liable for any physical injury or loss/damage to belongings caused due to an accident by any of our water or architectural features.

In case the Hotel is non-operational due to Natural Calamities/Global Pandemic/Natural or Global disaster, a full refund applicable of the total retreat amount will be honoured three months after the Hotel re-opens, and the rescheduling period is up to 1 year from the date of cancellation

Smoking is prohibited within the Hotel building premises within the restricted/unauthorized area.
